Why we exist
HarbourView Legal exists because good commercial legal work is not actually scarce — access to it, at a price a growing business can plan around, is. We measure ourselves by the value and results we provide you.
The cost of the large-firm model
Large firms carry large overheads, and those overheads end up inside the legal bills for their clients. For a business that needs a shareholder agreement, a lease reviewed, or a contract negotiated, that arithmetic rarely works.
What we changed
We took the top-tier training and kept the standard, then removed those parts of the model that were making the work expensive.
Work that fits the business
For a defined piece of work, we aim to agree a fixed fee based on a specified scope. For continuing needs, monthly retainers give a business regular access to commercial legal support.
Giving back
Each year, we donate 1% of our profits to a charity of choice.
